The 5315B Frequency Counter has a 100MHz frequency range and also has ratio and totalize measurement capabilities. Period range from 10 ns to 105 s, Time interval range from 100 ns to 105 s. Time interval average range to 105 s. Display is 8-digit LED for increased resolution.

Frequency range: 0.1Hz to 100MHz.
Sensitivity: 10mV rms to 10MHz, 25mV rms to 100MHz, 75mV p-p pulse at 5ns.
