The Agilent 33330C low-barrier schottky diode detector has been widely used for many years in a variety of applications including leveling and power sensing. It offers good performance and ruggedness. Matched pairs (Option 001) offer very good detector tracking.

- Frequency response: ±0.6 dB (10 MHz to 20 GHz), ±1.5 dB from a -3.3 dB linear slope (20 GHz to 26.5 GHz)
- Maximum SWR: 1.2 (10 MHz to 4 GHz), 1.5 (4 GHz to 18 GHz), 2.2 (18 GHz to 26.5 GHz)
- Low-level sensitivity: > 0.5 mV/µW (10 MHz to 18 GHz), > 0.18 mV/µW (18 to 26.5 GHz)
- Maximum operating input power: 200 mW
- Typical short-term maximum input power (< 1 minute): 1 W
- Noise: 50 µV
- Output polarity: negative
