Array LED MR16 is a LED high output MR16 Bi-Pin base lamp. The Array LED MR16 is equivalent up to a 35 watt halogen bulb but uses up to 80% less energy and lasts up to 25 times longer. The MR16 lamps are designed for track lighting and spot lighting applications powered by low voltage supplies. 12VAC or 12VDC versions are ordered separately. Worldwide patent pending SELECTIVE HEAT SINK TECHNOLOGY (SHS) ensures reliable operation for 50,000 hours which makes these lamps ideal for retail, commercial, and hospitatlity applications, as well as long duty cycle, "always-on" applications and/or hard to reach locations. The Array LED MR16 lamp generates very little heat allowing it to be placed in temperature sensitive areas.

Carbon Footprint
A traditional 35 watt incadescent MR16 uses 307 kWh which creates 472lbs of carbon dioxide emissions per year.  While a 8W CFL MR16 uses 70kWh per year and creates 108lbs of CO2. Our Array LED 3W MR16 lamp uses only 26kWh and creates only 40lbs of CO2 in one year.

Mercury Emissions
48.6 percent of all energy in the United States is generated from coal burning power plants. Power plant emissions contain mercury which is released once the coal is burned. CFL's on average contain 4 mg of mercury which has to be disposed by land filling. If a CFL is disposed of improperly the 4mg contained witin the lamp is released directly into the ecosystem.
