The 11801C is a modular design, 50 GHz Digital Sampling Oscilloscope mainframe. It has four available slots accomodating up to 8 channels or optionally, it can be expanded to control up to 136 channels through the use of SM-11 Multi-Channel Units. The 11801C has comprehensive waveform processing, predefined telecom masks, fully automatic jitter & noise measurements, automatic statistical measurements, histograms, and mask testing. It features excellent measurement repeatablity, exceptional vertical resolution and fast display update rate. A color display with color grading permits detailed analysis of signals. The 11801C is a powerful measurement tool for semiconductor testing, TDR characterization of circuit boards, IC packages and cables, and high speed digital data communications.
