The 16500B is a 5 slot logic analysis mainframe with 80MB hard drive, 1.44MB 3.5" floppy drive, 3 button mouse, RS-232C and HP-IB. The 16500B has 8MB system RAM. When the 16500L is installed, the 16500B can be mounted as a remote hard drive to a computer or workstation, so that measurement data can be transferred directly into PC- or workstation-based applications. The 16500B requires one or more acquisition or pattern generator cards (see below). May also require preprocessor.
