The Agilent E4446A PSA high-performance spectrum analyzer measures and monitors complex RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave signals up to 44 GHz.

  • Typical performance @ 1 GHz: Dynamic range (-154 dBm DANL, +20 dBm TOI, -118 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset; Accuracy (±0.19 dB absolute amplitude accuracy, ±0.11 dB frequency response).
  • Flexible platform with 16 optional, easy-to-use built-in measurement personalities
  • 40 or 80 MHz analysis bandwidth to capture and measure complex signals up to 44 GHz.
