The C555 Audio button allows a user to set a high moisture content alarm threshold within the Standard Measurement mode programmable to sound alert at readings from 0 to 6.9%. This function is helpful when scanning a section of concrete to locate higher moisture content areas without continually looking at the digital display. The C555 moisture meter features an abrasion-resistant Teflon sensor surface that measures 2.0 inches wide by 2.5 inches long and measures a depth of 0.5 inches.
The C555 has an easy-to-read digital display scaled in 0.1% increments when in Standard Measurement mode. In the Standard Measurement mode, the C555 measures moisture within the 0.1% to 6.9% moisture reading range.
