The TECH PAC MC BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT is a stealth version of the popular TECH PAC MC backpack featuring Veto Pro Pac’s proprietary V-SWAP™ system.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLACKOUT AND A BLACKOUT/BUILD-OUT BAG? Tool and Meter panels are included when you purchase the “Blackout” version. The “Blackout Build-Out” version requires you to purchase any two panels you want. Both allow you to purchase any additional panels for various configurations and maximum flexibility to handle any job.
YOU MUST CHOOSE AT LEAST TWO PANELS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. BAG WITHOUT PANELS IS NOT SOLD SEPARATELY.
