The UEi DT720 is a dual-channel differential thermometer tailored for measuring liquid, ambient, and surface temperatures. It comes with two K-type thermocouples, while J, T, E, R, and S type thermocouples are also compatible (sold separately). With the capacity to record up to 9,999 temperatures for later analysis and USB input for computer connectivity, the DT720 offers versatility in data management. Additionally, it features maximum, minimum, and average functions, along with a hold reading option on the display. The large multi-parameter display is backlit, ensuring visibility even in poorly lit environments.
