This liquid nitrogen digital datalogger thermometer provides recorded data in a CSV format that can be transferred from the thermometer to any computer with use of a USB flash drive. No specific software is needed for the device and data can be deleted from memory. The device has a memory capacity of up to one year when using one minute intervals.
