All Smart Probes measurements can be viewed on a smart device using the TPI View App via Bluetooth. The test results can be saved, analyzed, emailed, and printed with GPS-tagged date and time. The TPI SPCHGDLX is ideal for checking the air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration system performance and efficiency. TPI has a wide range of Smart Probes that connect to your smart device via the TPI View App.
The TPI SP323 is a smart temperature clamp probe to measure the temperature of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems. Live measurement data from the temperature clamp probe is shown on a smart device via the TPI View App. The TPI SP323 temperature clamp temperature range is -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) and has a clamp range of 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch (6 mm to 38mm). The SP323 temperature clamp temperature readings can be analyzed over time with the TPI View App data logger, allowing users to identify intermittent problems. Temperature readings are recorded from 1-second to 59-minute and 59-second intervals and can be logged up to 10,000 readings, each with a date and time stamp. The operational status of the SP323 Temperature Probe is indicated using a multi-colored LED. The smart temperature probe will auto-power off if not connected to a smart device after 8 minutes. When connected to a smart device, the auto power off is disabled. The auto power off is also disabled during data logging. The TPI SP323 has a battery life of approximately 170 hours.
The TPI SP670 is a smart high-pressure probe to measure pressure on refrigeration systems. Live measurement data from the pressure probe is shown on a smart device via the TPI View App. The TPI SP670 Smart Pressure Probe features a pressure range of -14. 7 psi to 870 psi (-1 bar to 60 bar) and an overpressure protected to 1000 psi. Readings are accurate to +/- 0.5% of full scale and have a resolution of 0.1 psi / 0.01 bar, so the meter produces reliable, precise readings. The TPI SP670 uses an angle fitting to allow access to service ports in close spaces. The SP670 Schrader Valve Depressor is adjustable for use with worn valves in test ports. The TPI SP670 Bluetooth Pressure can be used to check for compressor leaks. And Subcooling and superheating can be calculated using the TPI SP323 Smart Temperature Clamp Probe. The operational status of the SP670 is indicated using a multi-colored LED. The unit has a battery life of approximately 160 hours.
The TPI SP597 Smart Bluetooth Hygrometer can be used to measure temperature (-4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C) and humidity (0 to 100% RH) in heating and cooling systems, ambient air, and in ducts. With a magnetic depth adjustable probe, the SP597 can easily be attached to ducts. With data logging capabilities of up to 5,000 readings, measurements can be analyzed over time to identify problems. The SP597 can also be used for checking the functionality of air conditioning system humidifiers. Users are also able to test, measure, and calculate wet bulb, dew point, and enthalpy. Using a multi-colored LED indicator, the operational status of the device is clearly given to the user. The unit has a battery life of approximately 200 hours. Readings are accurate to +/-3%RH (20%RH to 80%RH) at 25°C and +/-5%RH (80%RH) at 25°C and have a resolution of 0. 1%RH so the meter produces reliable, precise readings. TPI View AppThe TPI SGCHGDLX Smart Probe Deluxe Refrigerant Charge Kit is compatible with the TPI View App. The TPI App allows users to display real-time readings from the TPI SP670, SP323, and SP597 Smart Probes in numerical and graph format. Technicians can use the App's Job Management to create multiple jobs and attach reports to each job while giving each report a different reference or title. Using the App, users can remotely data log using multiple smart probes at the same time and then analyze, save, e-mail, and/or print all measurement data to customers instantly.
