TPI ADF25C Differential Probe, 100: 1 or 400V RMS

With 20MHz bandwidth, a switchable attenuation of 20: 1, you can measure high-voltage circuits, motor speed controls, powe supply design, and high power electroinic converters.

You will recieve one differential probe, 2 probe tips, and 2 retractable sprung probes for accessing small wires for measurements.

CMMR is a measure of how well a differential probe will reject signals common to both test points, leaving the desired signal to be displayed by the scope.

This specification provides you with the maximum voltage between the inputs the differential probe can be subjected to. This is important because the maximum voltage should never be exceeded.

Specs:

  • Bandwidth: DC -70 Mhz
  • Accuracy: +/- 2%
  • Risetime: 14nS
  • Input Impedance: 10M/10pf each side to ground 20M/5pF between inputs
  • Input Voltage: +/-700V DC Inc Pk AC at 100: 1 or 400 V RMS
  • Max Differential: +/- 7000 VDC Inc Pk AC 1---: 1 or 5000 V RMS
  • Output Voltage: +/-7 V mimimum 50 kilo ohms load

What's included with the TPI ADF26C

  • TPI ADF26C Differential Probe, 100:1 or 400V RMS
