Qualifying an autoclave or freeze dryer means proving what happened inside it, and pressure is half that record. This P1 logger measures absolute pressure from 1 mbar to 4 bar at 1 mbar resolution, with a t90 response of 0.2 seconds that resolves the fast transitions of vacuum and steam phases.

Built for the chamber, not the bench

Hermetically sealed measuring technology sits in a stainless steel and PEEK housing rated IP68, so the logger survives repeated wet, pressurized and sub-zero cycles. At 0.79" (20 mm) across it fits recesses, packed loads and container necks that larger instruments cannot enter.

Battery changes in seconds

The threaded battery screws on by hand and changes without tools, and the logger remains fully sealed afterwards. Data is read out through the multifunction case, which programs and downloads up to eight loggers at once using testo 190 CFR software for 21 CFR Part 11-ready documentation.
