The REED XDRB-53 is a BRIX scale thermometer that measures the amount of light refracted in a liquid. It is compact and easy-to-use with automatic temperature compensation that calculates the actual BRIX percentage which changes as the temperature of the solution changes. This meter is efficient and accurate only needing 2 to 3 sample drops for a quick read-out in less than 3 seconds.
