This T-rosette strain gauge has a 350 Ω grid measuring 0.059 x 0.079" (1.5 x 2 mm) on a polyimide carrier. It operates over -103 to 203°F (-75 to 95°C) with Ribbon Leads. It suits biaxial strain measurement in x and y directions and half-bridge transducer construction.

Omega offers 0°/90° Tee planar rosette patterns, with 2 separate strain gauges on one carrier. The gauge grids are perpendicular, and are electrically independent. These can be used in transducer design for axial strain applications or can be wired separately to measure strain in the X and Y directions.
