Designed for thermocouple terminations, this Type R/S female standard thermocouple panel jack pairs a glass-filled nylon body with a -20 to 356°F (-29 to 180°C) rating. It accepts stranded or solid thermocouple wire and uses ANSI/IEC color coding for fast, correct connections. In addition, it works well for connecting thermocouple wire and probes to extension wire and instruments.

OMEGA's panel jacks contain two female, collet-type, spring-loaded connectors that will accept any standard male thermocouple connector. The panel jacks are molded of high-impact, glass-filled nylon and are numbered. The alloys of the inserts match ANSI thermocouple grade calibrations.
