For workshops and manufacturers, the low-resistance bonding and insulation test functions help confirm that high-voltage EV systems are safe, correctly bonded, and properly insulated before a vehicle or component is returned to service. Megger specifically highlights bonding verification, insulation testing, voltage checks, temperature readings, and diode testing as key EV applications.
For reporting and compliance, the EVT100X’s Bluetooth connection means results can be streamed to CertSuite Asset, linked to vehicles, components, or test stages, reviewed in real time, stored securely, and retrieved later for audit trails, certificates, and quality records. The EVT100X can also still be used as a standalone tester without CertSuite.
