The internal components of Mastercool’s A/C Recovery System have been carefully arranged and isolated to ensure a smooth and quiet performance. The unit is equipped with a ½ HP dual piston oil-less compressor and high-volume cooling fan ensuring optimal cooling efficiency, which keeps the compressor working at higher capacities in even the warmest conditions. The compressor is protected by an automatic low pressure cut-off switch that shuts off the unit once recovery is complete eliminating the risk of compressor failure and reducing the need to monitor the entire recovery process.

An oil separator and filter dryer are included to cleanse the refrigerant during the recovery process. The stainless-steel ball valve manifold provides smooth and quick refrigerant flow control with pressure readings in PSI, BAR and MPA. Protected by a reinforced hard plastic case, Mastercool’s professional recovery system ensures technicians have everything needed for refrigerant recovery on the go.

Refrigerant charging hoses are a set of (3) red, blue, and yellow 60 hoses with standard fittings (1/4 SAE). Mastercool uses only Grade 5 hose with a selection of standard and nylon barriers for high-pressure application. These high-pressure charging hoses have a working pressure of 800 PSI and Burst of 4000 PSA. The coupler nuts feature deep knurling which enables quick finger-tightening.
