Measure wire crimp pull forces quickly and precisely with the portable, customizable WT-205. Apply up to 200 lbF (1,000 N) effortlessly using its ergonomic lever. The adjustable terminal fixture accommodates diameters up to AWG 3 (0.25 in / 6.3 mm), while the self-tightening wedge grip secures the free cable end.
A backlit graphic LCD shows real-time and peak force, measurement units, and pass/fail status with green and red indicators. A load bar warns when overload conditions are near.
Easily transfer results to a PC or data collector via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs. The WT-205 stores up to 1,000 readings, calculates statistics, and can automatically capture and output peak force after sample break with auto-zero for the next test—streamlining your workflow.
