This Inficon vacuum gauge measures vacuum from the atmosphere (760,000 microns) down to 1 micron with an easy-to-read digital display in microns, Pa, Torr, or millibars. The display also has a screen resolution of 1 micron and a maximum overpressure of 150psi.
The Pilot Plus has an automatic shut-off and stores the last reading for easy retrieval upon start-up. HVAC/RTechnicians can also run a quick calibration that allows adjustment for slight variations in atmospheric pressure depending on the elevation of your location. This helps improve the accuracy of the readings giving you confidence that the Pilot Plus gage is reading the correct vacuum.
Inficon leads the pack with an HVAC/Rindustry-first filter that keeps the sensor from being contaminated by debris and oil. This is another time-saving feature as it eliminates time spent cleaning the vacuum sensor that is common on other models.
It operates on a 9-volt battery with an estimated battery life of up to 45 hours and has an auto shut-off feature after 60 minutes. Inficon backs this pressure gauge with a 1-year over-the-counter warranty.
