This electronic gauge measures the internal diameter of brake drums from 4 to 20" (100 to 500 mm). It offers 0.0005" (0.01 mm) resolution, inch/metric readings and fractions in 1/64" increments. The contacts can be set to measure at a depth of 1" (25.4 mm) or 1.5" (38.1 mm) inside the drum. Vernier markings on the beam provide a second way to check the reading.
