CAT85K2 is an innovative residential/commercial combustion analyzer with a printer for HVAC/R professionals to assess heating systems, draft pressure, and temperatures to support the overall fuel efficiency and safety of furnaces. The CAT85K2 flue analyzer features Fieldpiece patent pending SensorVault™ technology that offers a lower cost of ownership. This patent pending feature extends sensor life by sealing the sensor from oxygen in the air during storage. These sensors are warrantied for four years and are field replaceable.
A built-in dual-port manometer is included on the Fieldpiece CAT85K2 commercial combustion analyzer to measure gas pressures, a gas regulator operation, and even measure total external static pressure of a heating appliance.
The CAT85K2 also features live draft pressure measurements allowing the HVAC Professional to view the effects adjustments have on the draft pressure in real-time.
The patent pending HydroCycle™ Pump technology is included on Fieldpiece CAT85K2 flue probe that automatically separates and returns accumulated water to the flue.
The Fieldpiece CAT85K2 utilizes a convenient one-touch power on-button; pressing the power button initializes the short start-up period and unlocks the new SensorVault™ technology. The combustion testing starts automatically after the startup is complete.
The Fieldpiece combustion analyzer is intuitive, user-friendly, and makes data simple to scan. HVAC professionals will appreciate the clear view of all information on a single screen, the easy-to-navigate touchscreen display design, and the simple user interface.
The CAT85K2 combustion analyzer features a large, high-contrast 5.5” touchscreen display for viewing measurements. Save your customer data with dedicated fields for client information, and a live trend report is available with O2, CO, and CO2 readings, for more advanced diagnosis.
The Fieldpiece combustion analyzer is designed to handle the rigors of any job site with its thick over-molded construction, a long flexible hose/cord, and a padded hardline carrying case with multiple inserts for accessories. Plus, the magnetic back lets you work hands-free. The combustion analyzer comes with a rechargeable battery that lasts up to seven hours and enables charges in trucks between jobs and overnight.
The CAT85K2 is compatible with the Fieldpiece Job Link System App featuring its industry-leading 1000-foot wireless range. The Fieldpiece Job Link App allows technicians to view trends, draft pressure, and customer details seamlessly and conveniently.
