Designed with a built-in noise filter, this USB adapter for thermocouple type N acquires temperature using a 24-bit analog-to-digital while performing non-linearity and temperature compensation. Additionally, this calibratable converter prevents false readings by providing an error status of the thermocouple connection.
The TMC200 series USB converters are compatible with Type K, N, T, E, and J thermocouple probes featuring either two or three pins. We offer each type of probe pre-wired with a polarized connector for easy connection to the converter. Our probes have an exposed tip for very rapid responsiveness. However, you can also choose the probe that suits your needs and the appropriate TMC200 model.
Two types of compensation are integrated into the converter, ensuring high-temperature reading accuracy. Additionally, the converters are factory-calibrated to guarantee reading accuracy at 32°F (0°C).
Like all Dracal measuring instruments, the TMC200 is compatible with free software tools, making it an essential component of a DAQ solution. For those looking to integrate the TMC200 into their system, two options are available: command-line tools and VCP mode (VCP- model, sold separately). If you prefer a graphical interface, DracalView is the appropriate choice.
