Glass bottle probes contain a nontoxic glycol solution that serves to insulate against rapid temperature fluctuations
Solution is GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA
LCD shows high, low and current temperatures at the same time
Observations are stored on the device until transferred to a computer as a CSV file via USB flash drive (sold separately)
No special computer software is required to view the recorded data
Smart-Alarm™ system issues audio and visual alerts when temperatures exceed your set parameters
Stores data for up to 10 unique alarm events, complete with details about when the events occurred
Micro cable permits the freezer/refrigerator door to stay closed
