A spring-loaded thermocouple delivers an accurate reading when bottomed out into a thermowell. This type-k probe is 4" long, has a maximum temperature of 16530°F, ungrounded junction, and a standard size aluminum protection head.

Digi-Sense 93800-13 Offers

The industrial direct insert thermocouple probe is composed of 18 gauge wire covered with Magnesium Oxide insulator. The sheath is made from 316 stainless steel and the aluminum head has a sealed cap protecting the terminal block from dust and moisture. The head has an opening side for a 3/4" NPT(F) connection to the electrical conduit.
