The mat has a black side bottom layer that reduces the resistance to ground (Rtg) from the top of the surface to the groundable point ground. This allows the mats to be used with ESD workstation monitors. It measures 0.06 x 24 x 48" (0.15 x 61 x 121.9 cm). The mat is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
