Pressure comparators serve as secondary pressure standards, enabling fast and accurate testing by comparing instruments on a pressurized test manifold with known-accuracy test gauges. Type T Comparators feature hand-operated pumps with a manual dual-volume control valve for rapid pressure buildup and fine adjustment. The test manifold includes a vernier for pump pressure control.
