The 6011A has an output range of 10 Hz to 11 MHz with 7-digit resolution over the entire range (0.1 Hz 10 110 kHz, 10 Hz resolution to 11 MHz). The output power range is 0.4 mV to 5 V into 50 Ohms, or 10 Vrms into a high-impedance load. The output may be in units of dBm, volts or millivolts selected with 4-digit resolution, and the output voltage may be selected in terms of peak-to-peak voltage as well as rms voltage. Temporary output limits may be stored in memory to prevent damaging the unit under test. Nine different frequencies with their associated output levels may easily be stored from the front panel for use in repetitive testing. Accuracy: +/- 3 parts in 10^6 for one year, Aging Rate: 1 part in 10^6 per day of 1 part in 10^6 per year at constant temp. Decade and Digit editing controls allow easy freq. or power output stepping and manual sweep capabilities.
