Promax Prolink-2 Premium Description:
The PROLINK-2 is a basic instrument for the installation, verification and maintenance of TV and Data systems for Terrestrial, CATV and Satellite transmission. Developed under the OSD concept, all of the functions are described on the monitor showing the available configuration parameters. Graphical icons are used to represent function keyboard buttons.
The TV/CATV/SAT PROLINK-2 level meter brings together all the most demanded functions in a small, light-weight and portable instrument for measurement of QPSK digital satellite signals.
The PROLINK-2 is an easy-to-use level meter with advanced features. It is important to emphasize two aspects: the instrument has a universal keyboard, and each function is symbolized by means of a graphical icon. After a quick familiarization with the equipment, the access to any function becomes almost intuitive. The meter has been fully developed under an On Screen Display concept: any selected function is described on the screen, showing the different configurable parameters.
The range of covered frequencies, 45 to 862 MHz and 920 to 2150 MHz, makes the PROLINK-2 an excellent instrument for TV terrestrial, cable TV, and TV satellite analog/digital applications.
