Application: Business-analyzing household potential problems (my Real Estate clients) and using as a pre-inspector check. I am now being asked to use it or lend it to other Realtors for the same purpose. I recently discovered cupped hardwood in one of my new listings and was able to locate the water leak and measure the % content and show the builder the extent of area that was damaged, I then took photos of the source and the damaged flooring and they were used for the insurancve claim.
