PLACING ORDERS WITH GLOBAL TEST SUPPLY
Global Test Supply conveniently accepts orders both online and offline. If you purchase online you can securely pay by American Express, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal or Google Checkout. Global Test Supply conforms to all PCI compliance policies in order to secure your credit card information and identity.

RETURN POLICY
Global Test Supply offers a 5 day right-of-return for every product in our catalog. All returns must accompany the original packaging, including all software, manuals and accessories. There will be a 5% restocking fee on any order that was paid by credit card. There will be an additional 15% restocking fee for any returns in which the original packaging is lost, damaged or incomplete. Global Test Supply reserves the right to reject returns for special order items or items in which there is wear and tear, damage or visible usage of the returned item.
Customers may exchange products sold as "NEW" after the 5 day right-of-return expires and up to 15 days from the date of invoice for a product of equal or greater value. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any exchange in which the original packaging is lost, damaged or incomplete and Global Test Supply reserves the right to reject exchanges in which there is wear and tear, damage or visible usage of the exchanged item.
Shipping and calibration fees are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All new products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty related service calls are handled directly by the manufacturer. If required, be sure to complete and mail in your warranty/registration cards in order to activate the warranty coverages.
Most refurbished products are protected by the GTS Certified Warranty Program. These products include a standard 90 day warranty and some equipment is eligible for an extedned 1 year warranty. Please review the GTS Certified Warranty Program terms and conditions for more information.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
Select products are covered by our 110% Price match Guarantee. If you find the same item sold by Global Test Supply advertised at another online or offline store for a less price, call us at 888-610-7664 and we will meet or exceed that price. Additionally, if you find an item within 5 days of your purchase from Global Test Supply, we will refund your money to meet or exceed that price. In order to qualify, you must let us know the link to the competitor's website or fax us the advertisement, as well as information on additional costs such as shipping and handling. We reserve the right to exclude price matching on merchants who are advertising clearance, auctions or unique promotions, as well as merchants who are not located in the United States.

CALIBRATION
Global Test Supply's ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 17025 accredited laboratory can provide NIST Traceable Certificates of Calibrations with any test equipment purchase. Both standard certificates or full-data certificates are available. Global Test Supply also provides cost effective and timely solutions to calibrate and repair your existing test equipment assets.

SHIPPING
Global Test Supply's default shipping carrier is DHL. However, we can ship via FedEx, DHL, US Postal Service, Bax Global or another freight carrier of your choice. We can also ship APO for US military customers. Shipping charges vary per item and will be calculated for you automatically online or by your sales engineer. We can also ship collect on your account.
Next day, 2nd day and guaranteed 3 day service is available for most new products and we strongly recommend that refurbished instruments are shipped via 2nd day or overnight services in order to minimize package handling and risk of damage. Global Test Supply's shipping terms are FOB. We deploy best practice packaging processes to assure safe and damage-free delivery of your products, including anti-static wrap and packaging materials.
Orders requiring same day shipment must be placed by 1pm ET. If a product is back ordered or has an extended lead time, a Global Test Supply representative will contact you immediately.

As our company name indicates, we are committed to serving all International customers and have made it as convenient as possible for International customers to do business with us. Requests can be submitted to Global Test Supply via phone (+00 1 910-442-2164), email (
